I’m at my best when I help others do their best. I like to spend a lot of time alone and I prefer it to be quiet. I spend most of my time writing, thinking and reading. I own a resume writing service and plan to launch another writing service by 2021. I home school my son, draw, paint, play music, dance, teach chess and coach soccer. I’d like to do a lot more of all of these things but I focus the most on writing, reading and my family. I’m married to a very smart guy and we live close to the beach. I have a great dog that hardly ever barks. I’m a lucky person. I laugh everyday. I should smile more. I dream about weird stuff and keep it in journals beside my bed. I’m good at sleeping in a cozy bed. My earliest memory is running on the blazing hot pavement to get to the white sand and when I got there the sand was even hotter. I laugh at myself all the time.
More fun facts about me: I like getting really dressed up, ball gown or equal dressed up, and going out even if there’s no where to go. I love to hear laughing children. I can’t whistle blowing out, only sucking in. I am terrible at whistling but I love to do it so I have to be alone when I whistle so I don’t irritate those around me. It’s hilarious but probably only to me. Speaking of laughing I laugh at things that are not funny and do not laugh at things that are supposed to be funny. I can also laugh on cue without needing anything to laugh at. I’m the master in staring contests but I think that is largely due the fact that only kids want to participate. When I do the dishes or take a shower I often come up with some really cool lyrics for songs and poems but almost immediately forget them once the task is done. Sometimes I remember. It’s just like dreams. If you wake up to sounds and activity you almost immediately forget your dreams. Waking up in quiet helps me remember them. My sneezes are monumental tsunamis that are accompanied by a loud… shriek is too high pitched and scream doesn’t quite do it justice as a thing that makes your shoulders pinch your neck and simultaneously tighten your butt cheeks and all muscles in your body giving a whole new meaning to the term ‘quake in your boots’. If I was a bystander when a tsunami sneeze happened I’d probably hate my guts. I was once riding a bus and one of those sneezes came out. The bus driver was surprisingly calm and she stated that her mother sneezed exactly the same way. So not only did I find out why she didn’t miss a beat driving the bus but I was secretly relieved that I wasn’t the only tsunami sneezer on the planet. I haven’t met anyone since who was one or knew one but I know they’re out here. I’ve been asked to sneeze in a different way many times but I think if people really knew what was going on they’d be more sympathetic. I have hurt my back lots of times, it’s sensitive and I have to be careful, stretch, etc. I couldn’t walk for almost a month once. Occasionally, when I sneeze, if I’m not careful and brace myself, it’s happened before, the sneeze is so violent I will hurt my back and need to rest for a few days afterward. This would make a great funny story. Ok. Enough about me. Wait. This page is about me so MORE MORE MORE about me: I’ll just put more stuff about me as it comes to me in a post because even I can only take so much of talking about me. Smiles. Deep Breath. Feeling good…
